Rhinoplasty Revision Case #17
Cosmetic Facial Surgeon: Dr. Richard Rival
Procedures Performed: Rhinoplasty Revision
This Toronto patient had previous rhinoplasty done many years ago. She disliked her pinched tip and had breathing difficulties with collapse in the middle third of the nose. She also had a build-up of scar tissue ion the lower part of the bridge obscuring any tip definition (rhinoplasty terms this is called a soft tissue pollybeak.) Revision rhinoplasty performed to build up her tip and reduce the scar buildup on the bridge. Spreader grafts were used to correct the middle third collapse.
