This young woman had rhinoplasty in Toronto. She felt the nose was too long in profile and felt the deep indentations in the tip gave her a harsh look. She wished to soften her look but maintain a natural change. An open approach rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the dorsal hump on the bridge, shorten the nose and fill in the deep indentations in her tip with cartilage taken from the septum. The surgery has given her a softer more feminine nose enhancing her attractive facial features.
