Rhinoplasty Case #89
Cosmetic Facial Surgeon: Dr. Richard Rival
Procedures Performed: Rhinoplasty
This young woman disliked the shape of her nose. She felt it was too long and large for her face. She underwent a rhinoplasty in Toronto. Analysis of her nose reveals a hump on the nasal bridge, the tip is long and points downwards although has good definition and shape. She underwent nasal reshaping to reduce the hump and lift and set back the tip. This was done while maintaining the narrowness and natural definition of the tip she liked. Plastic surgeons who are experienced in rhinoplasty always try to use conservative techniques that preserve the natural attractive structure of the nose.
