This young woman had rhinoplasty in Toronto. Overall she felt her nose was too large for her face. She disliked the hump on the bridge and the droopiness of the tip. Her nose was found also to be over projected and she had a large nasal spine which is a piece of bone at the bottom of the nostrils. Results are shown at 8 months after surgery. There has been a dramatic improvement in the profile. The hump has been reduced and the tip lifted and set back. From the front there is still some minimal swelling in the tip that will continue to reduce for perhaps two years after surgery. The nose is now in better balance with the rest of her facial features.
